A small group of Siouxland authors held their own book reading and signing on Saturday, at The Book People shop on Hamilton Blvd. They were sharing their principles and strategies in their new book called "Hanging The Mirror: The Discipline Of Reflective Leadership."
But what makes the book special is that it was first written and self-published all online. It took four years to get it done. Now it is finally published in paperback.
Co-Author, Mark Sheffer says whether it is self published or not, there really isn't a difference.
"The difference is almost non-existent, it depends on the quality of the book, with self publishing," he said.
Mark also says the book's philosophies not only apply to folks in the business world, but that it also applies to leaders such as parents, teachers and coaches.
