The proposed Walgreens on the corner of 19th Street and Hamilton Boulevard in Sioux City may be a done deal sooner than expected. The city council is looking to hold it's second reading of the project on Monday.
The city has been working with homeowners and businesses on alleviating parking issues. If the neighbors and city find the traffic changes satisfactory, the city could wave the third reading at Monday's meeting and begin the project.
