Sioux City, IA - Just one game after they trounced Fargo, 10-3, the Musketeers fell short against Des Moines.

Jake Guentzel continued his scoring trend as he chipped in a goal Saturday night, but the Des Moines Buccaneers' Danny Elser slipped the puck past Connor Girard in the shootout to seal the loss for the Musketeers.

Michael Kapla also scored for the Musketeers. Goalie Connor Girard had 32 saves on 34 shots.
