Gaylen M. Knaack, 70, of Correctionville, died on Monday from the severe injuries he sustained in the fatal plane crash that happened near Correctionville, Iowa back in December.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, at 10 a.m. at the River Valley High School Gymnasium of Correctionville with the Rev. Sheryl K. Ashley officiating.
Burial will be at the Good Hope Cemetery of rural Correctionville with military rites conducted by the American Legion Mumford-Moon Post #79 and VFW Post #1750 of Correctionville.
A visitation will be held on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. along with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at the Grace United Methodist Church of Correctionville.
