A second complaint has been filed against Sioux City Entertainment and it's amended plan of financing the proposed Hard Rock Sioux City Casino.
Penn National Gaming filed a formal objection in the form of a letter to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. Earlier Warrior entertainment has also filed a similar complaint. Both proposed operators are upset that Sioux City Entertainment amended it's financing plan, something the others say is against the rules.
Previously the IRGC told Channel 9 Eyewitness News that as long as Sioux City Entertainment doesn't make any changes to the actual plan of the casino, then it's ok.
