South Sioux City Police say there's still no leads in the spray painted dog case, but the Siouxland Humane Society is hoping to change that.
Blaze, a 4-year old dog from South Sioux City, was found covered in spray paint Sunday morning after running away the night before.
The Siouxland Humane Society is offering a $500 reward for any information on who may be responsible.
The Executive Director tells us after a few cases of animal abuse and neglect recently, the Humane Society wants to step up and try to put a stop to it.
