Do you have an old car seat you're no longer using? Now there's a place in Sioux City you can bring it to be recycled. On Friday, St. Luke's Hospital and Sioux Body Shop launched its car seat recycling program. Along with giving parents and caregivers a place to drop off their old car seats, the two groups are also educating parents on car seat safety.
Sioux Body Shop in Sioux City is accepting used or expired seats, which can be dropped off at 501 W 8th St., Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. The seats will be disassembled and recycled.
