Two more Siouxland teams picked up wins Tuesday at the IHSAA State Basketball Tournament.
In Class 2A, Sheldon got past Pella Christian 63-57. Chris Balster paced the Orabs with 21 points. Sheldon next faces Carroll Kuemper in the semifinals Thursday at 3:45PM.
In Class 3A, MOC-Floyd Valley got past Grinnell 52-44. The Dutch trailed by 4 at halftime but turned up the defense in the 3rd quarter. Levi Jansen came off the bench to lead MOC-FV with 16 points. The Dutch will face either Harlan or Vinton/Shellsburg in the semifinals.
