(From The Seasons Center for Behavioral Health) - The Travel Channel's Andrew Zimmern of "Bizarre Foods" is coming to Okoboji for a Seasons Center for Behavioral Health event on May 2nd.

In addition to eating a chosen bizarre food from Northwest Iowa, Zimmern will tell his story of substance abuse recovery.

"We're so pleased that Andrew is willing to tell his story of how beneficial behavioral health services can be for an individual," says Kim Scorza, executive director, Seasons.

An Evening with Andrew Zimmern, Sponsored by Community State Bank of Spencer, Iowa, is the first event of its kind for Seasons, as it will serve as both a fundraising and advocacy opportunity for the organization.

The evening festivities, including a silent auction, will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Arrowwood Resort in Okoboji. KCAU-TV's evening news anchor, Jenna Rehnstrom, will emcee the event. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Tickets for the event are available for $50 apiece, and can be purchased online at www.seasonscenter.org.
