South Sioux and Four Siouxland Teams Advance to Nebraska Semis

Lincoln, NE - South Sioux's Nate Rogers scored 18 points in the second half to bring the Cardinals all the way back from a 17 point deficit.  South Sioux came back to beat Ralston 55-47 and move on to play Elkhorn South in the semis.

Wayne is the only local team in the Class C-1 field, and they're still alive.  The Blue Devils knocked off Adams Central 48-39.  They'll play undefeated Wahoo in the semis.

Two out of the three local teams in the Class C-2 field lost in round one.  Crofton fells to Sutton 37-24, and Lutheran High Northeast lost to Southern Valley 41-34.  The lone winner in C-2 was Hartington CC.  The Trojans rolled past St. Pat's 56-49.  They'll play top seeded Sutton in the semis.

In Class D-2 Wynot advanced to the semis with a 55-40 win over Giltner.  Wausa lost in the first round to Spalding Academy 65-62.
