Indiana Wesleyan ended the basketball season Tuesday night as NAIA D2 women's basketball champions.  Wesleyan outscored Davenport, MI 40-20 in the second half to win 61-43 at the Tyson Events Center.  The two teams upset Siouxland favorites Morningside and Northwestern in semifinal round play Monday.  Wesleyan shot 50% from the field (21-42) on the way to winning the 2013 title.  Indiana Wesleyan also won the 2007 title.  That's the last a team not from the Great Plains Athletic Conference won the D2 women's title.
