Sioux City, IA - The NCAA Women's Tournament field is set and several area college teams were selected.
The Iowa State Cyclones were selected as a No. 5 seed. They draw No. 12 seed Gonzaga. The two will meet in Spokane, WA on Saturday March 23 at 6:20 p.m. CST.
The Iowa Hawkeyes are in as a No. 9 seed and they'll take on the Hurricanes of Miami who are a no. 8 seed. Iowa and Miami will play Sunday March 24 at 8:30 in Iowa City, IA.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers enter the tournament as a No. 6 seed, while their opponent, Chattanooga, is a No. 11 seed. That game tips off at 7:30 on Saturday in College Station, TX.
The Creighton Bluejays are a No. 10 seed taking on No. 7 seed Syracuse. That will take place Saturday at 12:20 in Knoxville, TN.
