Boston, MA - Wayne high school basketball coach and athletic director Rocky Ruhl survived a major scare during his first trip to Boston. Ruhl and his wife were in Boston to watch their daughter Regan run in the Boston Marathon. Regan finished just over 30 minutes before the bombs went off during the marathon. Ruhl told Channel 9's Travis Morgan that they didn't realize what had happened until they saw police and medical responders running and driving down the street. Ruhl compared the chaos to the attacks on the twin towers. Ruhl's hotel was put into lockdown, but he says he and his family are safe and that's the most important thing.
