Omaha, NE - The town of Cherokee, Iowa might be empty on Saturday night. Most will be making the trop to Omaha to watch Cherokee native Code Ege play in the College World Series. Ege is a relief pitcher for the Louisville Cardinals who square off against Indiana at 7:00 Saturday night. Ege says he remembers coming to the CWS many times growing up and now instead of finding his seat he gets to go on the field and play. He believes that coming from a small town so close to Omaha makes this experience even more special.
