Total Time: 5-10 minutes
(1) 15 oz canned Organic Black Beans
1/4C Onion
1-2 Garlic cloves (peeled)
1/2C Red Bell Pepper
2TBS Balsamic Vinegar
Cayenne to taste (optional)
2 Stalks Celery
1/2 Zucchini
1/4-1/2 Cucumber
1 Carrot
Sea Salt to taste
1 Bag Organic Corn Chips of your choice
1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Serve with organic corn chips.
Yield: 2-4 servings
